Tim is a Montana native who came to Boise in the fall of 1979, and stayed after discovering that it is possible to snow ski in the morning and golf in the afternoon. Tim brings 28 years of experience in the real estate industry to Michener Investments, LLP. Tim thrived as owner of Sullivan Appraisal, Inc., a residential real estate appraisal business, because of his attention to detail in a time sensitive, competitive market. He has experienced the Treasure Valley expansion and as such, offers clients expertise in Leasing, Sales, Investment Analysis, Valuation, Highest and Best Use, and management. Additionally, Tim is an experienced expert witness in property valuation. Tim builds long-term relationships with clients based on trust, integrity, and hard work.
